The Cajun Festival proudly presents a superb line-up of musicians for the 2008 festival.

For your enjoyment the festival features two separate stage areas, the Fais-Do-Do & the Gazebo Stage.
Entertainment on the Fais-Do-Do Stage starts with the Band-Aids Jazz Band. This group opens the festival with a spirited New Orleans/Dixieland flavor to our festival. They'll conclude their performance with second-line dancing by the Medina Lake Second Line Dancers.
Then will follow big-name Louisiana Cajun bands including Bruce Daigrepont and T-Broussard and the Zydeco Steppers.
Entertainment on the Gazebo Stage will include Rodney Thibodeaux & Tout les Soir and Cedryl Bellew and the Zydeco Trendsetters.

This will be T-Broussard's first visit to our Festival. Bryant Keith "T" Broussard is a descendent of Creole and zydeco music icons. His mother, Mary Jane Ardoin, has mastered the idiom of the traditional Creole accordion, a talent transcended from her uncle Bois Sec Ardoin, Creole music pioneer, her uncle Carlton Frank, world-known Creole violinist, and many others in the profession. Besides his mother, whom Bryant credits for his love of the music, other relatives have also influenced him, such as his Great Uncles, the legendary Bois Sec Ardoin, and the Pioneer of Louisiana French Blues, Amede Ardoin. Also Included in that family trend is Queen Ida, the Grammy-winning Zydeco veteran of the West Coast. Bryant's stage presence exudes a remarkable energy. Some of his performances include both East and West Coast tours including Memphis, Tennessee Beale Street Festival, Sparks, Nevada July 4th Festival, Alabama Blues Festival, Southwest Louisiana Zydeco Festival, Zydeco Extravaganza in Opelousas, Cajun Hot Sauce Festival in New Iberia, MudBug Festival in Shreveport and numerous casino performances. His musical recordings can be heard in radio commercials and a Discovery Channel program. Accordionist, singer, and songwriter are among his talents. He also plays drums, scrub board, bass guitar and has qualifed as one of the first Creole Zydeco nominees in the new Zydeco Grammy catagory .
